How do price-step alerts work?

OffRent keeps a clock for each rented item based on the rental details you capture and notifies you before the item's price steps up to the next rate. Allow notifications for OffRent to receive alerts.

Alerts are only as accurate as the rental details entered, so check them against your contract.

What are quiet hours?

Quiet hours let you choose times when you don't want OffRent alerts, such as overnight.

What is the dispute PDF?

The dispute PDF is a one-tap PDF that gathers an item's rental clock, call-off time stamps, photos, and notes into one record you can send to your vendor.

It is an evidence record, not legal advice, and BaronTek is not a party to your rental agreement.

How do I restore or sync my data?

Sign in with the same Apple Account and keep iCloud turned on for OffRent. Your records sync through your private iCloud and come back when you reinstall OffRent or set up a new iPhone signed in to the same account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name (Apple Account), then Subscriptions, and choose OffRent. See Apple: Cancel a subscription from Apple.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. BaronTek cannot issue App Store refunds. See Apple: Request a refund.

How do I delete all my data?

Use Delete all data in OffRent. It removes everything, including the iCloud copy, and cannot be undone. You can also delete the app; the privacy policy explains what that removes.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no OffRent account to create or log in to.
