If you use the contact form, BaronTek receives the name, email, company, phone number if supplied, area of interest, message, and consent choice you submit. The hosting and security providers may also process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, user agent, and timestamps, to operate and protect the website.
How information is used
BaronTek uses contact information to evaluate the inquiry, respond, maintain an appropriate business record, troubleshoot delivery, and protect the form from abuse. The website does not currently use contact-form information for automated decisions or sell it to third parties.
Service providers
Vercel hosts and protects the website. Resend processes contact-form messages for email delivery. These providers process information under their own security, privacy, and retention terms. BaronTek may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the website, the company, or others.
Retention and choices
BaronTek retains inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for the business conversation, security, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. You may ask about your submitted information or request correction or deletion by emailing hello@barontek.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.
